Assisted with their legal needs related to the commercialization of an innovative product in the U.S., from the update of their corporate compliance, to the drafting and negotiation of various intellectual property contracts with service providers.

Implemented, together with an international tax consultant, the optimal fiscal structure per Mexico and U.S. tax laws for the client’s various investments in the U.S.; prepared trust agreements, incorporated companies in Mexico and in the U.S., and drafted related corporate documents.
